Honoring the Past. Supporting the Future.
At Quail Park Memory Care Residences of West Seattle, our services are designed to directly support the health and vitality of our residents. Our friendly, professional team overseen by licensed nurses is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to care for individual needs and comfort. Quail Park offers a level of service and commitment to our residents that is unsurpassed, all within a secured environment.
We understand that taking care of our residents is important from head to toe. Foot care is also important to their overall health and wellness. That is why we offer onsite podiatry services.
Beautician and Barber Services
It’s amazing what a fresh haircut or coif can do for your self-esteem. We want our residents to feel good about life and themselves.
Having your nails done by someone else is a real treat! It makes you feel a bit elegant and pampered. You use your hands every day, take some time to care for them.
Eldergrow offers residents a therapeutic connection to nature through innovative gardening products & services. The mobile, sensory garden brings nature inside 12 months a year.
At Quail Park, we love pets of all shapes and sizes. Pet Therapy has long been known to be beneficial to people with dementia and Alzheimer’s. And because pets can increase socialization and decrease anxiety, don’t be surprised to see a therapy pet or two when you visit us.
Hospice Care Services
It is our desire that our residents stay with us for as long as they need our services. Should there be a decline in health and hospice services are needed, our nursing staff and caregivers work hand-in-hand with hospice providers in this area to provide end-of-life care at Quail Park. This allows our residents to remain in familiar surroundings with familiar faces, while receiving hospice care.
It’s Never 2 Late Engagement Systems
The iN2L computer system contains a library of content that supports all dimensions of wellness. Specialized content items provide opportunities for social connection, intellectual stimulation, physical engagement, spiritual connections, emotional support and vocational interests.
We know all too well the challenges that sometimes accompany caring for a loved one with memory loss. We encourage family members to seek out and participate in one of the many support groups in the community. It helps to talk and listen to those who have been where you are in your journey. We have seen firsthand how helpful these groups can be for the people who are the caregivers and to know you aren’t alone. Please feel free to give us a call to find out more about our monthly community support groups and educational workshops throughout the year.
Our thoughtful approach to respite care provides a needed break to refresh and re-energize the home caregiver. We understand the need for you to recuperate so you can continue to devote the incredible time and compassion needed to care for your loved one at home. Quail Park offers respite stay services if there is an available apartment. We want your loved one to experience our caring, safe and secure environment and compassionate staff, even if it’s for a short time.
